Peach smoothie is a healthy way to start your day! Peach works great along with strawberry and today we are going to use it in smoothie. It’s an Indian style of lassi made with peach fruit. Do try this and share your comments!

  1. Peach: 7
  2. Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  3. Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  4. Honey: 1 tbsp
  5. Ground cinnamon: 2 tsp
  6. Ice cubes: 7
  1. Deskin peach and remove the seed. chop it.
  2. In a blender, add peach slices, yogurt, honey, ice cubes and vanilla essence.
  3. Blend till smooth.
  4. Sprinkle some ground cinnamom on top and serve chilled.
  1. - Honey can be replaced with sugar.
  2. - You can also add seasonal fruits like strawberries also.

Get ready with the ingredients.

Peel the skin of the peach.

To a blender, add peach, yogurt, honey, ice cubes and vanilla essence. Grind till smooth. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon and serve.
