Fruity, refreshing and perfect summer time drink that everyone will love!!! Papaya is high in fibre and reduces the acid in digestive track. You can try many variations by adding a pinch of ground cinnamon, mango, banana, ginger or lemon. Today, we are going to make a very simple papaya milkshake.

  1. Papaya: 1 cup (deseeded, peeled and chopped)
  2. Sugar: 2 tbsp (as per sweetness)
  3. Milk: 3/4 cup
  4. Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  5. Ice cubes: 7
  1. Transfer all the ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.

In a blender add papaya, milk, ice cubes, sugar and a drop of vanilla essence. Blend till smooth. 

Transfer to a serving glass and serve chilled!
